12-Hydroxydodecanoic acid - Preparation
P> add chlorinated 12 acid and NaOH solution into the hydrothermal reaction kettle, stop the reaction after hydrothermal alkaline hydrolysis at the specified temperature for a specified time, and filter to obtain crude product of hydroxyl 12 acid. The pure product of end-hydroxy-terminated twelve acid used for structure and purity identification adopts the crude product of end-chlorinated twelve acid first acidified to obtain the crude product of end-hydroxy twelve acid, and then recrystallized and purified by petroleum ether (60~90 ℃). The pure product of end-hydroxy twelve acid used for application performance test is obtained by neutralizing the above. The crude product was treated with boron trifluoride-ether/methanol solution for methyl esterification derivatization, using anhydrous ether extraction, and the upper ether layer was analyzed by GC to analyze the content of each component (area normalization method), and the yield (Y) of the end hydroxyl 12 acid was calculated.
